What never goes into an AI tool (excerpt)

Never paste, upload or dictate into any AI tool: (1) payment card numbers, bank account or routing numbers; (2) passwords, door or alarm codes, or login links; (3) Social Security, driver's license or other government ID numbers; (4) health, medical or insurance details about any person; (5) employee records such as pay, discipline or medical leave; (6) anything a client contract or NDA says is confidential. When in doubt, remove names and details first or leave it out.

The human-review rule (excerpt)

AI output is a draft, never the final word. Before anything AI-assisted goes to a customer, is posted publicly, or is used for a decision, a person must read it in full and check: facts, names, prices, dates and policies are correct; nothing was made up; the tone fits our brand; and it doesn't promise anything we can't deliver. The person who sends it owns it.
