Plan a Small Business Saturday promotion and in-store event
The problem
Small Business Saturday (the Saturday after Thanksgiving) is one of the busiest shop-local days of the year, but independent stores often decide on an offer at the last minute and announce it in one Facebook post, so regulars never hear about it and the day looks like any other Saturday.
