The problem
On Airbnb and VRBO your star rating decides whether you show up in search, but hosts fall behind on public replies, answer a bad review defensively, or skip reviewing guests, which leaves other hosts with no warning about problem stays.
How AI solves it
Paste a guest review (names removed) into an AI assistant along with what actually happened and any fix you made. Ask for a short public reply written for future guests: thank them, acknowledge the specific issue, state the fix and politely correct any factual error, without arguing. For 5-star reviews, have AI write varied replies that sound personal and naturally repeat a searchable feature (hot tub, walk to the beach).
